Guided Notes

  • mega kasa means “big house”, not “house big”.
  • Adverbs usually come after the verb: kamina rapi.
  • tenu means light in weight, not bright. It is the opposite of bari.
  • Keep descriptions short at first. Mini-ma works well with small phrases.

Practice

  1. Translate into Mini-ma: “small house”
  2. Translate into Mini-ma: “good child”
  3. Translate into English: mi i mira a mini veji
  4. Reorder: rapi / tu / i / kamina
  5. Translate into Mini-ma: “The box is heavy.”
